Afatasi the Artist’s 500-foot banner installed on Evans Ave.

Shipyard artist Afatasi the Artist‘s 500-foot mural banner “Motifs and Modalities” was installed on Evans Ave. Nov. 14 along the fence of the Southeast Wastewater Treatment Plant.
