Elvira Dayel was born & grew up in Ukraine, former USSR. She immigrated to the US in 1994. Dayel became seriously interested in visual art at the age of 10 when she started attending a local art school in Ukraine. She is currently living and working in the SF Bay Area. She has a B.A. in Visual Arts from UC Irvine (’01); Master’s in Architecture from UC Los Angeles (’04).
