Butter 'N Brown owned by Dejah Charley is a catering company that specializes in African American cuisine. They not only make soul food but take it back to the roots and create authentic, delicious dishes such as oxtails. Dejah’s grandmother inspired this business, once she passed in 2022 it became her coping mechanism and drive to cook, bake, and create!

WeFeast SF was founded in 2021 by CEO Erin Joe'nae Williams known as Chef E, “revolutionizing the way people eat and experience their food.” Born and raised in San Francisco’s Bayview / Hunters Point neighborhood, her love for food was evident at a young age in the kitchen. Food saved Chef E. “Poverty was my reality and the system failed me, but I never failed myself.” Chef E completed the culinary program at City College of San Francisco in 2015. Now she cooks up creole cuisine, creates food products for her customers to prepare meals at home, and caters to local events such as “San Francisco’s Southern Treat.” Chef E is proud to serve you.

Chef and Owner Alisha Wilson was born and raised in San Francisco. Growing up she always had a passion for food, art, and design. She started Lil’ Alijo Catering full-time in 2021. Specializing in Caribbean and New Orleans, Cajun, and Creole cuisine. Lil’ Alijo also doubles as a bakeshop and has a variety of sweets.
