Shipyard artist Nina Fabunmi in solo show and 2 group shows

Shipyard artist Nina Fabunmi‘s solo show “Streets of Gold” is currently open at Salon Nine, 9 Maiden Lane by Union Square, San Francisco, CA, 94108. The show will be up until mid-April.

Hours: Tuesday-Friday 8:30 a.m. –6:30 p.m., Saturday 8:30–5:00

The show is ” a collection of cityscapes which focuses on the beauty of San Francisco on wet rainy days and the people who strive to get by despite the weather. Its about the stories that unfold in a setting that beckons to lovers to cling to each other as it creates a romantic damp ambience. Its about shiny streets and the colors that bounce off it , igniting the beauty of our city.

All 31 Heart sculptures will be transported to Pier 48 for the HEARTS IN SF evening event on February 13, with select Hearts available for auction on eBay. Bidding starts at (11:59pm PST) on February 4 – February 14 (11:59pm PST). To receive an email when the auction begins for the Heart sculptures on eBay in February 2019, register at: Following the fundraising event, three large Heart sculptures will join the legendary Tony Bennett “America’s Greatest City By the Bay” heart at Union Square from February 14- October 31, 2019. Festive Street Style

Attendee must be 21 and over. Alcohol will be served at this event.


All six tabletop Hearts will then be on display in the storefront windows of Wilkes Bashford (375 Sutter St., San Francisco) from January 28-February 11.

The entire collection of 17 mini Hearts will be on display on the third floor of Macy’s Union Square (170 O’Farrell St., San Francisco) from February 1-11.
