A bunch of stuff and my pet rabbit, George. How many of these things do you still have? My sister told me that if I photographed things, then I could toss them. (I haven’t.) This is an acrylic on canvas, 30″ x 40″ x 2″, unframed.

I went to West Portal to visit a woman who had hens in the backyard. I sat with them and ultimately did this from the videos I shot while I was there. Such lovely animals. When I exhibited this, I was surprised how many people are wild about chickens! I grew up in the suburbs so the only experience I have with chickens is when I was very young I wandered off and got into the neighbor’s chicken coop to play. This is an acrylic on canvas, 32″ x 40″ x 2″, unframed.
