Golden Gate Bridge Steel, 16” x 16” x 2”, 2024
This wall art sculpture uses pieces of steel cut from the original Golden Gate Bridge historic handrail and a piece containing two rivets. The design uses a mix of patina and fresh finished pieces. Each piece is bushed clean of debris and rough edges, then either left with a worn patina finish or given a fresh coat of International Orange.
Artwork may be picked up in the Building 101 Gallery after 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2024. Other pickup dates available the following week.
